Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.
All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.
Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of tents, chairs & tables, bounce houses, bounce house combos, water slides, games and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.
Yes, the price listed will include setup. Tables and chairs will be delivered in stacks, but can be set up for an additional fee.
Yes, but once again please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor that travel fees can be quite high. Please call our office for a current quote. We do deliver and have done events in Georgetown, Harrington, Milton, Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Seaford, Milford, Delmar, Laurel, Bridgeville, Ocean View, all of Sussex County, also places in Maryland such as, Salisbury, Berlin, Pittsville, and Ocean Pines.

If you need to change your Event time, please call us at least by Wednesday morning of the week of your Event, if not sooner. In some cases we may not be able to change your time.  Our delivery routes have a tight schedule that we must stick to in order to make sure everyone gets their equipment on time and picked up in a timely manner.
If you want to keep your Service’s overnight please schedule this in advanced at time of booking. Due to the high volume of orders we may not be able to accommodate last second requests.
Yes. A blower keeps air in the Bounce House unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate.
That’s why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a Generators. Â
Longer Extension Cord can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty Extension Cord , but you are welcome to rent the longer extension cord at your own risk.
Cash & Check But we also take Credit Cards with a 3% credit card fee. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.
Yes all orders require a 25% Down Payment is required to reserve the equipment for your event.
We require a Down Payment to secure your rental as we have a limited inventory and availability.
The deposit is non-refundable If cancellation is needed for another reason we will hold onto the deposit and allow it to be used up to 1 year after the original event date.
We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can’t set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl Bounce House. For Tents, we can set up on grass, asphalt and concrete … but with asphalt and concrete there will be a fee for either concrete blocks, water barrels or making holes in asphalt. The surface MUST be flat and CLEAN (for example: no dog remainders) if NOT we will not install for our equipment and for your safety.
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don’t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator…. Please make sure you look at the contract below to know the rules for Tent Damages, Photo Booth Damages and etc….
