We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Pure Party! The water slide was a huge hit, and everything about the process—from delivery to setup and pickup—was smooth and professional. The team communicated clearly and promptly, making scheduling easy and stress-free. The slide arrived clean and on time, and the setup crew was efficient and friendly. Pickup was just as seamless. I highly recommend Pure Party for anyone looking to add fun and excitement to their event. Excellent service all around!

We had such an excellent experience! The slide was exactly what we wanted! Communication was very good from start to finish, which made the whole process almost completely stress free! Oscar was great to deal with, and JJ did an amazing job setting up and cleaning the slide! We won’t hesitate to use Pure Party LLC again!!

We rented our tables and chairs from PureParty LLC for our wedding, and they were absolutely fantastic to work with. Their communication was hands-down the best I’ve ever experienced — prompt, clear, and proactive every step of the way. They worked quickly to resolve even small issues, were punctual on the day of delivery and pickup, and made the whole process completely stress-free. As a busy mom with 4kids, I really appreciated the flexibility communications. When I was looking to book and submitted a form on their site, Oscar followed up with a text. It wasn’t automated and didn’t keep texting me specials/offers/junk mail. I didn’t have time to book til late at night and he followed up with a text the next day with info. They were extremely flexible at scheduling delivery/set up, and text communication with a real person while preparing for a large party was so helpful. I even forgot to ask about sanitizing but noticed they automatically cleaned the inside thoroughly after it inflated. The whole process was smooth, easy, and affordable. I def will use them again in the future!
