The rental process was very easy and professional! They were very responsive and communicated with us every step of the way, from scheduling & delivery to pick up. The individual I spoke with on the phone while I was trying to figure out how to request a rental online was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. The service was surprisingly fast, and the kids absolutely loved the inflatable slide! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be renting from them again in the future. Highly recommend!

Kudos to Pure Party! Planned a last minute birthday party for my niece and needed something to level up the party! They had bouncy houses and tents available and somehow delivered on time for us! Amazing crew for dropoff and pickup! 100% recommend

From start to finish, our experience renting the bouncy house/water slide was seamless and easy. They responded quickly, set up everything for you, and notified you when they were going to come to pack it up. The kids had a blast! Thank you so much! We had an AMAZING experience! From start to finish, everything was so easy and stress-free. The team kept me updated, and the setup was absolutely amazing! The bounce house looked great, and I loved that I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The setup was quick and efficient, and the takedown was just as fast and seamless. That was such a huge help, especially with everything else going on with the party. They were professional, reliable, and made the entire process so easy. I’m extremely happy with the service and will DEFINITELY be reaching out again for our next party! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for party rentals.
