🚨Before we begin any installation involving ground stakes, the first step is to call 811 to identify any underground utilities and ensure safe setup🚨
Calling 811 is a FREE service that locates underground utility lines to prevent damage when setting up tents or other equipment. It’s a quick and easy step to ensure safety for your event.
This includes sprinkler systems, geothermal lines and other underground infrastructure.

At Pure Party LLC, safety is our #1 priority! Follow these guidelines to keep your guests safe. Avoid extra cleaning or damage fees by using your tent / chairs / tables responsibly!✅
🌧️Weather Precautions
Tents are designed to provide shade and protection against light rain or mild wind.
- Do not use the tent if wind speeds exceed 25 o 30 mph, as it can compromise stability.
- While tents can handle light rain, pooling water or heavy downpours may require additional precautions and the evacuation of guests
You are welcome to reschedule or we recommend to evacuate. Do Not Try to hold the tent down!

- 🧑🧑🧒 Adult Supervision Required: A responsible adult must always be watching. Safety depends on it!
- 🤼No Rough Play: No wrestling, flips, or piling on each other keep the fun safe and fair!
- 🪑Use chairs and tables properly, they aren’t for stepping stones or used as weapons
🚫Prohibited Items & Activities🚫
- 🍕Food, Drinks and decorations should be handled with care to prevent messes or stains on the tent/ chairs/ tables
- 🔪No sharp objects, glasses, or jewelry these can damage the tent.
- ✋Avoid using adhesive tapes with strong glue or sharp objects when installing or removing decorations, as these can damage the tent fabric
- 🎉No confetti, silly string, powder or sticky substances under the tent they’re tough to remove!
- 🔥No (cooking) open flames, fireworks, or grills under the tent to avoid fire hazards, safety always comes first!
- 👧👦Make sure children do not mess with the tent straps or caps
- 🚫🐶🚫🐱No Pets on or near the tent! Their nails can permanently damage the tent material.
Avoid Extra Fees💲
- 🪑Please Stack Chairs and Tables how it was delivered to you! We try to keep costs low, so we can give you the best prices and this helps! If you want us to set up and pick up please let us know!
- 🚷Let us know if we are delivering to different floors or more than just a few stairs
- 🚮Please REMOVE ALL personal items under tent, we are not a cleaning business, we can recommend some if you’d like.

If heavy rain or winds over 15 mph occur, turn off the blower immediately by unplugging the blower from the cord and have all children exit the inflatable. Safety first always!⚠️💨

- 🤼No Rough Play: No wrestling, flips, or piling on each other keep the fun safe and fair!
